BACKGROUND

We are Mazars Berenschot Corporate Finance. We assist entrepreneurs and corporates in buying and selling, financing and valuating businesses and assets.

Since 1999 we are part of the extensive networks of our strategic partners and Mazars Berenschot, together more than 1500 employees in the Netherlands. We are located in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Apeldoorn, Breda and Utrecht.

Internationally we are part of the Corporate Finance Network International (CFI), mainly located in Europe and North America. We work for DGA's and Corporates. We assist in buying and selling, arranging financing and capital and advising on valuation and structuring.

There are few areas where we have no experience. We are specialized in the industry sectors: Business Services, Industry, Construction, IT and Healthcare.
